About the role

Elders Gladstone and Tannum Sands is looking for a Body Corporate Administrator on a permanent full time basis, for our busy office to work closely with our other managers coordinating the affairs of lot owners.

The successful candidate will be confident and have a strong attention to detail in this office based role.

Responsibilities

As a Body Corporate Administrator, your duties will include:

  • Managing a selection of diverse complexes
  • Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with clients, contractors and other stakeholders.
  • Managing email workload
  • Resolution of building matters
  • Attendance at meetings
  • Coordination of maintenance

About you

To succeed at Elders, you:

  • Have a confident and friendly manner, with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Have a good knowledge of the BCCM Act and Regulations, or an ability to learn legislation
  • Are organised and have an excellent attention to detail and the ability to problem solve.
  • Are willing to learn, share knowledge and work in a team.
  • Are positive and have a commitment to personal professional growth and development.
  • Experience using Strata Master is an advantage, however NOT essential
