🔧 Boilermakers & Trades Assistants Wanted

We’re looking for experienced Boilermakers and motivated Trades Assistants to join our dynamic workshop and local site-based crew. Excellent hourly rates and home every night
If you’re hands-on, safety-conscious, and ready to work on diverse fabrication and maintenance projects, we’d love to hear from you.

👷‍♂️ About the Roles

Boilermakers:

  • Fabrication, assembly, and repairs of structural steel, frames, and heavy equipment components etc

  • Welding to high-quality standards (MIG/TIG/Stick)

  • The ability to provide, read and interpret technical drawings and plans

Trades Assistants:

  • Supporting qualified tradespeople in fabrication, assembly, and installations

  • General workshop duties including but not limited to: cutting, grinding, prepping materials, maintaining equipment and workspace to expectations

  • Opportunities to learn and develop welding and fabrication skills on the job

✅ What We’re Looking For

  • Relevant experience in fabrication, welding, or assisting trades

  • Ability to work safely and follow procedures at all times

  • A strong work ethic and a positive, team-player attitude

  • Reliable and punctual – site, workshop and weekend work available

  • Current driver’s licence and White Card preferred (not essential for the right candidate)

💰 What We Offer

  • Highly Competitive hourly rates + Weekend Rates

    • Local Site based Boilermakers $ 45.00 per hour / $70.00 per hour weekends

    • Local Site Based Trades Assistants $ 35.00 per hour / $55.00 per hour weekends

📍 Location: 3 Monier Road, Parkhurst Rockhampton

🕒 Work Hours:

Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturday work as required

Weekend Shifts = Saturday/Sunday Rosters @ weekend rates

💼 Employment Type: Full-Time (Casual/Probationary Period Available)
