3 x Field Service Boilermaker – Join Westhill Services Today!

Are you a skilled Boilermaker looking for an exciting field service role? Westhill Services is expanding, and we’re seeking dedicated Field Service Boilermakers to join our team. Work in the Bowen Basin with a fully equipped mine-spec ute and mine-spec welding trailer to support your success on-site.

💰 Pay Rates: $60 to $72.50 per hour (depending on experience)

Your Responsibilities:

  • Fabrication, welding, and repairs on heavy mining equipment.
  • On-site inspections and maintenance using provided tools and equipment.
  • Interpreting technical drawings and completing detailed welds.
  • Adhering to strict safety protocols and site standards.
  • Efficiently managing and maintaining the mine-spec ute and welding trailer.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified Boilermaker (certified tradesperson).
  • Field service experience in the mining industry is highly regarded.
  • Strong commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • Valid driver’s licence (HR or MR preferred).
  • High-risk work licences (Forklift, EWP, and OHC) are an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions in a field environment.
