We are pleased to announce a new opening for an experienced Bookkeeper / Administration person to join our dynamic team. 

Selection Criteria:

• Be proficient in at least one of the following software programs - MYOB, Xero or QBO

• Confident knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite

• Payroll experience and knowledge

• A collaborative approach to teamwork and office procedures

• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

• Able to show attention to detail with grammar, both written and oral

• Exceptional time management and organisational skills

• Have strong personal values with a friendly and welcoming nature

• Professional presentation

• Willingness to learn

Bookkeeping Duties will include but not limited to:

• Invoicing / Accounts Receivable and Reconciliations

• Payroll processing and other payroll matters

• Preparation of Business Activity Statements and Instalment Activity Statements

• Use of legislative portals such as ATO

• Client specific logistics and administration support

• Assisting with client queries

• Administration support to Director and Accountants 

This is a full time position.
