About the Role:
With 2025 just around the corner, Protech is seeking a Branch Administrator (Trainee) to support our North Queensland team working from the Mackay Office. This role would suit a motivated and passionate individual who wishes to form a career in Administration and/or Recruitment.

With mentoring provided from our team for role specific training, this role will also see you complete a either a Certificate IV in Business or Human Resources with allocated paid hours per week to complete study during work hours. 

This position will see you take on key responsibilities, such as the following:

  • Providing excellent customer service to clients and employees as first point of contact in the Mackay Office;
  • Data entry and system administration in line with Protech standards; 
  • Administration support tasks for Operations, Training and Recruitment departments;
  • Assisting with a range of adhoc tasks and errands.
