Your new role:
Reporting to the Regional Manager this role will oversee our Townsville and Cairns operations. Focused on providing exceptional end to end customer service that maximises every opportunity for growth and long-term sustainable relationships this role will also:
- Ensure ongoing excellence in the branch and a high and consistent quality of ongoing work. This is inclusive of financial performance.
- Lead a high-performance culture aligned with our values that ensures that people are held to account for their performance, conduct and behaviours.
- Engage, energise, communicate with and motivate the team, increasing awareness, cohesion and participation in Ausco's whole-of-business activities.
- Recruit, develop and onboard a high-performance team in consultation with the Regional Manager
About You
Renowned as a leader who is collaborative and able to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously you will have proven experience with managing and leading teams. Other desired skills and experience include:
- Experience in senior sales or middle management roles, preferably within the construction and or commercial industry.
- Demonstrated experience in leading change and driving accountability for high-performance
- A positive, mature and supportive outlook with good coaching, influencing and inter-personal skills
- Proven ability to manage a team and deliver continuous training and support
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills with the courage and ability to have difficult conversation
