About the Role
As the Branch Manager of our Rockhampton office, you’ll be responsible for leading a team of recruitment consultants and support staff to deliver outstanding recruitment services across Central and North QLD.
You’ll be hands-driving performance, coaching your team, managing operations, and ensuring KPI and safety targets are met. Working closely with your Business Development Manager, you’ll grow the client base, increase market share, and build a strong local reputation.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead and Inspire- Build a high-performing, engaged team through coaching, clear direction, and accountability
- Drive Growth- Take ownership of the P&L, implement local business strategies, and convert opportunities into results
- Deliver Excellence- Ensure quality outcomes for clients and candidates, while maintaining compliance, safety, and best practice recruitment
- Champion Safety- Model and lead a safety-first culture in line with our “All safe, All the Time’ promise

- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to coach, develop and motivate high-performing teams
- Strong commercial acumen and a track record of driving business growth and delivering results
- Solutions-focused mindset with sound judgment, emotional intelligence, and resilience under pressure
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Tech-savvy and detail-orientated, with strong admin skills (Word, Excel and other CRM platforms) and a valid driver’s licence
