BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION TRAINEE
NRG Gladstone Operating Services (NRGGOS) is currently seeking to appoint a Business Administration Trainee to join the Human Resources team working a 36.25-hour week on a 9 day fortnight basis.
The successful applicant will be employed on a 12-month contract and will complete a Certificate III in Business.
This position is a key role within the organisation and is the first point of contact for our customers. The successful applicant will be responsible for:
- Reception Duties
- Customer service – phone and email enquiries
- Administer visitor inductions & site access cards
- Collection & distribution of mail
- Filing, data entry and maintain HR Information Systems
- Ensuring all training rooms are presentable
- Use of Microsoft Office for letters, spreadsheets and presentations
- Booking of meeting rooms
- Providing administration support to the HR Team
The successful applicant will possess:
- Successful completion of Year 12 (preferred but not essential)
- Excellent literacy, language and numerical skills
- Experience using Outlook, MSWord, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent attitude and desire to learn new systems
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Ability to work as part of a busy team
Note: To be eligible, applicants cannot hold any Certificate III, or higher qualification, from the Business Services training package.
