We are expanding our team and looking for a passionate, driven, and results-oriented Business Manager to join our team.

Position Overview: As the Business Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial and operational aspects of our dealership, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and delivering outstanding customer service. You will work closely with our sales and finance teams to provide tailored financial solutions to our customers while maximizing business profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the dealership’s finance and insurance (F&I) operations, including developing financial strategies and promoting financing options.
  • Work closely with customers to assess their financial needs and provide expert advice on financing, leasing, and warranty products.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and lending partners.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and dealership policies regarding finance and insurance products.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement sales goals, strategies, and promotional offers.
  • Lead, coach, and support F&I team members to ensure high performance and a positive team environment.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure operational targets are met.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain customer loyalty.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Business Manager or in a similar role within the automotive industry.
  • Strong understanding of finance and insurance products, including vehicle financing, leasing, and warranties.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and financial institutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of dealership operations and a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring compliance with all regulations.
