About us:
CQ Health's Workforce Division is essential to managing our service's human resources. The Division leads efforts in attracting and retaining talent, fostering learning and development, managing performance and discipline, overseeing change management, ensuring safety and well-being, and enhancing employee engagement—focused on our most valuable asset: our people. The Unit consists of around 40 human resource practitioners dedicated to delivering high-quality, client-focused, and value-added HR services to management and staff across the Central Queensland Hospital and Health Service.
About the role:
- Provide accurate and timely advice and guidance regarding workflow administration within the myHR system.
- Identify and document local system related business requirements, business processes and business rules.
- Monitor user security and access accounts via monitoring and compliance processes.
- Liaise with the Workforce Management Systems Support Team to ensure business continuity and support business deliverables within specified timeframes.
- Provide new starter myHR training and refresher training for employees and line manager users as required.
- Supporting myHR system enhancements by distributing communications locally.
About you:
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills including the ability to liaise, advise and interact with other staff and customers.
- Demonstrated knowledge of SAP HR and associated systems and demonstrated ability to be an escalation point and provide knowledge expertise.
- Ability to investigate, escalate and/or resolve forms workflow issues ensuring quality and consistency whilst meeting expected timeframes.
- High level of oral and written communication skills including the capacity to summarise complex information and gather detailed information for resolving issues.

Salary information:
Total remuneration value of up to $9,238 p.m. is comprised of:
- An hourly rate between $47.47 - $49.00 p.h.
- 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
- 17.5% leave loading
