The Opportunity:

Due to expanding their operation on a site in QLD - Techforce are seeking 20+  Operators for one of our clients in the Coalfields region of QLD.

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will be operating a range of equipment, including dozers, graders, loaders and excavators. You will work as part of the team making sure the ore is transported to the correct location, safety and efficiently.

This is an incredible opportunity to work on an established mine, with market leading rates on a 7/7 roster. Your pay rate will be equivalent to $70/hr for dozer/all rounder positions, or $74/hr for excavator operators (inclusive of allowances and attendance bonuses), you will also have the opportunity to grow and develop your career while onsite.

Experience Required 
  • Minimum 3 years production mining experience
  • You must hold RII Mobile plant tickets for the plant you are operating
  • Must have a current Police clearance or be willing to obtain
  • Hold a Coal Board Medical and S11 (or be willing to obtain)
  • Must be able to commence ASAP
  • Must have a great attitude and be safety conscious 

Additional Requirements
  • Must have a great attitude and willingness to learn and progress 
  • The ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
  • Have 2 recent contactable references
  • Current Valid Driver's License
