Camp Attendant

The FKG Group’s Accommodation Services division, Anaman, is currently seeking a Camp Attendant to join our team at Marlborough, north of Rockhampton. 

Our Camp Attendant team are responsible for supporting the preparation/ service of breakfast, crib/ lunch and dinner, as well as room and facilities cleaning for all guests.

To be successful, you will be a self-motivated team player with a passion for the hospitality industry.  

Key capabilities and requirements include:

• Exceptional standards in food handling and preparation methods
• Exceptional attention to detail in housekeeping, cleaning, bed making
• Ability and willingness to work as part of a team and individually 
• Strong time management skills
• Availability to work a roster in a remote camp environment.

Preference will be given to candidates who can demonstrate previous experience working in a camp or large scale restaurant environment. 

You will ideally be local to the area and work a 14 days on, 7 days off roster, however drive in (DIDO) and fly in (FIFO) arrangements will certainly be considered for experienced and qualified candidates. Please note that appointment is subject to various pre-employment checks including a criminal history check, drug and alcohol screening and medical.
