Job Description

Programmed Skilled Workforce are looking for skilled Carpenters to join a small, tight-knit local crew based in Gladstone. This is a hands-on role with a strong team culture, working mainly on residential / Commercial carpentry projects with only minimal travel required. Most work is in Gladstone, with some projects scheduled in Agnes for the remainder of the year.

This is a great chance to build long-term stability while working close to home in a supportive environment that values craftsmanship and teamwork.

Location: Gladstone, QLD

Hours: 38 hours per week (Mon-Fri), overtime is also on offer
Duration: Ongoing, long-term opportunity



🔨 Scope of Works Includes:

  • Residential carpentry and finishing works
  • Occasional small concreting tasks (formwork, steel fixing, pours, and finishes)
  • Reading and interpreting plans to deliver quality results
  • Contributing to a positive, team-focused workplace

🧰 Skills & Experience Required:

  • Trade-qualified Carpenter with residential/site-based experience
  • Competence in formwork and small concreting methods
  • Strong understanding of WHS and proactive safety practices
  • Construction White Card
  • Reliability, initiative, and strong communication skills
