At Little Sparkle Cleaning Services, we take pride in delivering exceptional residential and commercial cleaning services with a personal touch. As we continue to grow, we are looking for Casual Cleaners to join our team across Calen, Mackay, Proserpine, The Whitsundays, Kuttabul, and surrounding areas.
Position: Casual Cleaner
Location: Various locations across our service areas
Pay Rate: $28.45 per hour (Level 1 Cleaner, Cleaning Services Award [MA000022])
Hours: 10-15 hours per week, with the potential for more hours as the business grows
Start Date: July 2025
Paid Training & Induction: Commences in June 2025
Note: The pay rate is based on the Cleaning Services Award as of July 1, 2024. Rates may be subject to change in accordance with Fair Work Commission updates.
About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about cleaning and providing excellent customer service. As a Casual Cleaner, you will be responsible for:
General residential and commercial cleaning
Deep cleans, bond cleans, and high-pressure washing
Laundry services, including washing and folding
Ensuring safety and hygiene standards are maintained
Offering a friendly, customer-focused experience
What We are Looking For
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in cleaning preferred, but no experience welcome, we offer paid training!
â Strong attention to detail and a good work ethic
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
A valid driver’s licence and reliable transport
A police check (or willingness to obtain one)
Physical Requirements
This role may require physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and working on your feet for extended periods.
