The Opportunity

An opportunity is available for an experienced Centre Manager to lead the performance and operations of a well-established retail asset in Rockhampton. This role will suit a commercially focused leader who enjoys working with retailers, driving outcomes, and delivering a safe and positive experience for customers and the local community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day to day centre operations, services, contractors and site presentation
  • Drive commercial performance through sales analysis, tenant engagement and revenue initiatives
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting and reporting across operational and capital expenditure
  • Maintain strong stakeholder relationships including retailers, suppliers and local contacts
  • Ensure compliance across safety, risk, legislation and operational standards
  • Lead and develop a small team, supporting performance, engagement and delivery
About You
  
You bring solid experience in shopping centre or commercial property management and have a strong understanding of operational delivery, financial performance and tenant relationships. You’re confident influencing stakeholders, leading teams, and balancing strategic priorities with hands on execution.
  • Experience in centre or property management
  • Strong financial acumen and reporting capability
  • Proven leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Relevant qualifications in business, property or related (preferred)
