  • Work on projects that matter to the community

  • Flexible, supportive, values-driven workplace

About the Role

As the Change Management Business Partner, you will partner closely with leaders and project teams across the organisation to enable successful delivery of strategic and operational change.

This is a hands-on, high-influence role for someone who thrives on landing improvements, shaping culture, and making change actually stick.

About you:

  • You bring energy, presence and persuasion

  • You know how to build momentum, not just documentation

  • You will sell the why, not just manage the how

  • You are comfortable challenging constructively

Work directly with senior leaders and project teams to unblock issues, shift mindsets, and drive momentum for change. Work with our people to understand impacts, address concerns, and help them successfully adopt new ways of working.

This role is not for you if:

  • You prefer working mainly on documentation and frameworks

  • You are uncomfortable influencing without authority

  • You need clear structures and certainty, before acting

You will bring:

  1. Bachelor of Business (or related discipline) and/or significant demonstrated experience in a similar environment.

  2. Demonstrated experience in a project delivery environment.

  3. Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously and think strategically with a methodical approach to problem solving.

  4. Demonstrated experience in successfully engaging and influencing stakeholder groups at all levels of the organisation, with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.

  5. Demonstrated experience in developing content and facilitating workshops.

  6. Ability to plan and prioritise in an environment with conflicting demands.

  7. Advanced communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills, including experience in reporting.

  8. Proficient keyboard skills and experience using Microsoft Office Suite and operating corporate business systems.

  9. Legally able to drive a motor vehicle in Queensland.

To be eligible for this position, the candidate must have applicable working rights.

Depending on the role requirements, you may need to complete various checks and assessments as part of the recruitment process. This could include reference checks, pre-employment medicals (including drug and alcohol testing), vaccinations, visa checks, licence verifications and psychometric testing.
