About the role

As the successful applicant, the Chef/Cook will work with head chef Tyler as part of our kitchen team. 

Your duties will include but not be limited to: 

• preparing/presenting meals for patrons 
• cleaning kitchen areas and equipment as needed
• reporting incidents and accidents as required 
• maintaining detailed knowledge of menu items 
• adhering to OH&S procedures. 

About you

To be successful in this role, you will need the following:

• Full Australian working rights and be residing in Australia currently
• Relevant qualifications in Cooking required
• Previous kitchen experience required
• Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
• Exceptional communication skills
