This is not a role for someone learning the basics, we’re looking for professionals who can step in and contribute immediately.
The Role
• Run sections across prep, grill, fryer and pass
• Execute clean, consistent service during peak periods
• Adapt quickly to changing service conditions (volume, stock, menu)
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, organisation and prep
• Support the wider team to keep service flowing
What We Expect
• Proven experience in a high-volume kitchen
• Strong service awareness, you stay ahead, not behind
• Ability to move between sections without disruption
• Clear, direct communication during service
• Reliable, consistent and accountable
• Available weekends
• Professional standards, clean, organised and efficient
