Since its inception in 1974, we have grown to operate two aged care facilities comprising 280 beds across both sites: Good Shepherd Lodge and Kerrisdale Gardens, as well as over 100 Independent Living Units and Home Care services. Our purpose is to provide an excellent working environment, and a caring, safe and stimulating environment that supports our residents and clients to live their later years to the fullest.

  • Provide high-level financial advice and decision support to the CEO, Board, and operational leaders.
  • Enhance financial literacy among facility managers through coaching and collaboration.
  • Oversee financial reporting, modelling, and risk management, ensuring regulatory compliance (including ACFR, prudential standards, RAD/DAP strategies, and revenue claiming).
  • Manage banking relationships, covenant reporting, and compliance with ASIC and ATO obligations.
  • Lead facilities financial planning, capital projects, and accommodation pricing strategy.
  • Contribute to the leadership and culture of the organisation, developing a high-performing finance team.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven ability to lead financial strategy, manage complex budgets, and drive cost optimisation.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, proactive leadership style.
  • A passion for improving the lives of older Australians and contributing to community care.
  • Experience managing financial risks and ensuring compliance with financial regulations
