JRT are looking for experienced, self-reliant Civil Construction Supervisors/Leading Hands for ongoing works based in Central Queensland.

You will have demonstrated success in civil construction management, supervision in subdivisions and other civil projects. 

Reporting directly to the Project Manager you will be responsible for:

• Reading project plans and delivering projects to deadlines
• Meeting project budgets whilst satisfying time and cost performance targets
• Supervision of JRT staff and sub-contractor trades
• Maintaining standard of performance quality and costs
• Responsible for WHS of each project
