About the Role
We're seeking either:

An experienced Civil Estimator looking to bring their skills to a new challenge, or
-
A motivated individual eager to build a career in estimating and learn from a skilled and supportive team.
In this role, you'll work closely with the Lead Estimator and Project Managers to prepare detailed cost plans, tenders, and budgets for a variety of civil construction and earthworks projects.
Key Responsibilities

Review drawings, specifications, and scopes to prepare accurate estimates and tender documentation.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality submissions.

Assist with planning and scheduling of labour, materials, and plant resources.

Support Project Managers with clear cost documentation at contract commencement.

Work from our Mackay-based office with occasional site travel as required.
What We’re Looking For
Whether you're already working in estimating or looking for a foot in the door, we’re keen to hear from you. You’ll ideally bring:

Experience in estimating or strong knowledge of civil construction/earthmoving.

A proactive attitude and willingness to learn (for those newer to the field).

Great attention to detail and strong communication skills.

Solid computer literacy – familiarity with Microsoft Office essential; experience with Expert Estimation is a bonus.
