Job Description

CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking experienced Civil Labourers for both short-term and long-term road and subdivision projects in the Rockhampton region. 

Role & Responsibilities:
As a Civil Labourer, you will play a key role in supporting civil construction projects. Your tasks will include but are not limited to:
  • Trenching, backfilling, and compacting materials
  • Site preparation and clean-up
  • Pipe laying, concreting and other civil infrastructure tasks
  • Setting up temporary fencing and signage 
  • Following safety protocols and maintaining a safe work environment

  • Pay: $36-38/hour + Penalties (rates are inclusive of travel)

Our Ideal Candidate:
  • Current Drivers Licence 
  • Blue/White Construction card
  • Civil Labouring tickets desirable eg. Confined Space, Working at Heights, Electrical Spotters, EWP, Gas Test, Quick Cut etc.  
  • Proven experience as a civil labourer
  • Strong understanding of safety procedures and regulations.
