ADT & Roller Operators – Central Queensland

Drive In Drive Out | 10/4 Roster | Long-Term Projects | Immediate Starts Available

VE Group is growing, and we are looking for experienced ADT and Roller Operators to join our project teams across Central Queensland.

This is a great opportunity for reliable, safety-focused operators looking for long-term work on quality civil projects with a strong and supportive team.

We are seeking local Central Queensland operators who are available for Drive In Drive Out work on a 10/4 roster.

About the Role

You will be working on civil construction projects across Central Queensland, operating ADTs and rollers as part of a productive site team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Operating ADTs and rollers safely and efficiently

  • Completing daily pre-starts and equipment checks

  • Working with supervisors, site crews, and other plant operators

  • Following all site, safety, environmental, and operational requirements

  • Maintaining a high standard of care for plant and equipment

  • Contributing to a positive and productive team environment

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Current RII ticket for ADT operation or VOC

  • Current RII ticket for Roller operation or VOC

  • Proven experience operating ADTs and/or rollers on civil construction projects

  • Willingness to work Drive In Drive Out across Central Queensland

  • Availability to work a 10/4 roster

  • Strong commitment to safety and site procedures

  • Good communication skills and a team-focused attitude

  • Reliability, punctuality, and pride in your work

  • Current driver’s licence

Experience across civil construction, bulk earthworks, roadworks, or infrastructure projects will be highly regarded.

Pre-Employment Requirements

Successful applicants will be required to complete:
