QCCS is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee civil earthworks, drainage and concrete projects across mine sites in the Bowen Basin.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to a supervisor who can drive safety, quality and productivity on site.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

• Supervising civil, earthworks, drainage, concrete, remediation and repair works

• Overseeing projects from mobilisation to completion

• Leading crews, Leading Hands and subcontractors

• Ensuring compliance with WHS, QA & site standards

• Coordinating plant, materials and daily site activities

• Monitoring schedules, progress and site reporting

• Interpreting plans and liaising with engineers and clients

• Delivering works safely, on time and within scope

✅ What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years’ experience in a Site Supervisor or Leading Hand role

• Strong background in civil and concrete works

• Proven leadership and crew management skills

• Solid knowledge of WHS and site compliance

• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications and plans

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• White Card & current Driver’s Licence (mandatory)

• Trade qualification (highly regarded)

• G189, G2 (Desirable)
