Job Description

NES Fircroft have partnered with a new Hydrogen Project in Gladstone This is your opportunity to contribute to a pioneering commercial-scale green hydrogen facility, slated to produce up to 8,000 tonnes of green hydrogen annually starting in 2025.

As the Civil Supervisor, you will oversee the delivery of essential components, including earthworks, concrete structures, utilities, roads, and pavements. Your role is crucial in ensuring project milestones are achieved within budgetary and safety parameters.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate contractor activities to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.
- Facilitate the exchange of technical information between contractors and designers.
- Maintain effective communication with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Prepare progress reports and documentation.
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures.

Prerequisites:
- Trade Qualification in Civil Construction preferred.
- Over 10 years' experience in project earthworks and concrete foundations.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Authorisation to work in Australia.
