About Us
My Claim Consulting Pty Ltd is a licensed insurance claim handling and settling provider (AFSL 537552), specialising in building insurance claims. We advocate for property owners, ensuring they receive fair and efficient outcomes throughout the claims process.

About the Role
We are currently expanding our team and have multiple opportunities available for motivated Claims Consultants. You will manage a portfolio of clients, guiding them through the end-to-end insurance claims process—from lodgement through to resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support a portfolio of building insurance claims

  • Liaise with clients, insurers, builders, and stakeholders

  • Prepare and submit claim documentation

  • Monitor claim progress and ensure timely outcomes

  • Deliver exceptional client service throughout the claims journey

About You

  • Experience in insurance claims handling or settling (preferred)

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Customer-focused with a proactive approach

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
