Cleaner Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a small team of cleaners

• Perform cleaning duties across cabins, amenities, and common areas

• Conduct quality checks and ensure high cleanliness standards

• Create and maintain cleaning schedules

• Train new staff on processes and standards

• Monitor and order cleaning supplies

• Report maintenance issues to management

• Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene procedures

About You

• Previous cleaning experience (supervisory experience preferred)

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Excellent attention to detail

• Able to work both independently and with a team

• Reliable, punctual, and motivated

• Able to work a flexible roster (including weekends when required)
