Client Services Officer (Reception)

Full-time role providing reception and administrative legal support.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Client Services Officer, the incumbent will: 

  • Provide reception and administrative support
  • Organise meetings and arrange appointments.
  • Maintain effective working relationships, and liaise effectively and professionally with all level of staff.
  • Liaise with other government organisations, solicitors, barristers, correctional facilities and victims and their families.

Maintain skills to effectively use a range information and communication technology. 

Please note:

  • The Director of Public Prosecutions Act 1984 requires persons seeking employment with the ODPP to disclose their criminal history (including convictions not yet recorded).  Criminal history checks will be undertaken by the ODPP on recommended applicant(s).
  • Employees of the ODPP are required to sign a confidentiality agreement.
