About the Role:

We seek an experienced Clinical Care Manager for a delightful residential aged care home. As a CCM, you will drive the leadership of clinical care to all residents and become an important leadership team member. This is a permanent full-time role that will lead to further managerial opportunities.

You will work alongside an experienced Facility Manager and a Clinical Care Coordinator. This is a well-staffed and large facility that provides a great opportunity for learning and development.

The Requirements:
  • Valid AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Previous experience working as a CCC/ Care Manager in aged care 
  • Proven experience training & mentoring staff
  • Exposure to dealing with families and handling complaints 
  • Full working rights in Australia + Industry-required Vaccinations
