Role Summary

The Clinical Lead is responsible for providing clinical leadership, advice, and oversight of care delivery in aged care facilities. The role focuses on ensuring residents' safety and wellbeing while maintaining high standards of care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct resident care and nursing services aligned with best practices.
  • Collaborate with the Care Manager to manage team members and volunteers supporting daily resident care.
  • Conduct clinical assessments, plan and review care delivery, and address any safety or quality concerns.
  • Support high standards of service and ensure compliance with accreditation standards and AN-ACC processes.
  • Act as a point of contact for families, ensuring clear communication and person-centered care.

Candidate Requirements

  • Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration (mandatory).
  • Experience with aged care electronic care systems.
  • Knowledge of Aged Care Accreditation standards and AN-ACC processes.
  • A demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
