The Opportunity

This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day practice operations, taking the reins in ensuring outstanding patient care, mentoring a dynamic team, and driving innovative healthcare practices.
Some of the key responsibilities:
- Oversee the delivery of client services, ensuring high-quality and efficient operations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.
- Work closely with senior leadership to enhance organisational capability and capacity.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor and evaluate performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions
About You
- Qualified health care professional (social work, counselling, or a Medical related background)
- Strong leadership experience in a clinical setting with a proven track record of driving change
- Strong knowledge of clinical governance, compliance, and best practises.
- Excellent problem-solving, organisation, and communication skills
- Ability to drive the organisation’s growth and operational success
- Ability to mentor, inspire and develop a high performing team
