Located 38 kilometres south of Mackay, DBCT P/L operates with a name plate capacity of 85 million tonnes per annum exporting coal from Central Queensland to ports around the world. This wouldn’t be possible without great people - people just like you.

Key responsibilities:

  • Process supplier invoices, contractor timesheets and receipts with precision and timeliness
  • Maintain accurate financial records and support end-of-month reconciliations
  • Investigate invoice variances and liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with company policies
  • Collaborate across departments to support commercial and administrative functions

What you bring:

  • Strong data entry skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Experience in accounts payable/receivable and using integrated systems (desirable)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A team-first attitude and the ability to manage competing priorities
