About Us
High Amp Maintenance is a well-established, steadily growing business that supplies top-quality boilermakers to mine sites across the Bowen Basin whilst producing high-end ute trays, canopies and mining equipment parts in our Mackay based workshop. Our reputation is built on quality, reliability, and a strong understanding of the mining and fabrication sectors.
The Role
As the Commercial Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing and driving sales performance across our three main revenue streams:

Labour Hire – Mining & Industrial Sites

Workshop Parts & Fabrication
-
Trays, Canopies and Trailers – for mining and private use
You’ll lead the development of new sales strategies, manage key accounts, and collaborate with dedicated admin support teams across each sector—all while working closely with directors to identify and pursue growth opportunities.
This role is perfect for someone with mining or fabrication experience who is eager to take on leadership responsibilities and contribute strategically to the business.
Key Responsibilities

Creating and implementing sales strategies across all service areas

Sourcing and securing new business opportunities

Nurturing and expanding relationships with new and existing clients

Overseeing and supporting the internal admin teams within each sector

Monitoring and reporting on sales results and industry trends

Working closely with customers, workshop, and operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery
