We are currently seeking skilled Concrete Stormwater Pipelayers at the Clinton Industrial Estate in Gladstone. This development involves the construction of a 29-lot industrial subdivision designed to support the growing renewable energy sector in Central Queensland.

Residential roles only, no accommodation provided.

Scope of Work:

  • Earthworks, roadworks, and drainage

  • Wetlands and water quality infrastructure

  • Sewerage and water reticulation

  • Electrical and communications reticulation, including street lighting

  • Landscaping and environmental rehabilitation

We're Looking For Candidates With:

  • Proven experience in sewer, stormwater, mains water, and road construction

  • A minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the civil construction industry

  • The ability to interpret construction plans, calculate levels, and operate laser or dumpy levels

  • A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to high-quality work

  • A desire to grow your skills, contribute to a supportive team, and advance your career

Roster & Work Hours:

  • Alternating roster: 6:1 (Mon-Sat) and 5:2 (Mon-Fri)

  • Workdays: 10-hour shifts

  • Saturdays: 8-hour shifts

  • Project allowances available

Role Requirements:

  • Strong commitment to safety standards

  • Demonstrated professional and productive work practices

  • Current certifications for relevant machinery

  • Valid Driver’s Licence

  • Hold a current blue/white construction card

  • Ability to pass a pre-employment functional assessment and drug & alcohol test
