About the Role
This is a supervisory role with a hands-on edge. You’ll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring quality workmanship, and keeping projects on track. When needed, you’ll roll up your sleeves and lead by example on the tools.
What We’re Looking For
• Carpentry trade qualification (essential)
• 5 - 10 years’ experience in a similar supervisory role
• Deep understanding of on-site construction practices
• Proven ability to manage teams, subcontractors, and timelines
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• A proactive, safety-first mindset
