Contracts Superintendent | Mine Planning | 5:2 Roster | Goonyella Riverside Mine

The successful candidate will possess the following: 

• Previous management and administration of safety, production and cost for large prestrip contracts
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage a variety of stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, maintaining between current and future priorities
• Provide in field Auditing of contract partners CMP ensuring compliance to Safety Health Management System both on the surface and underground
• Monitor, support and report on the effective management of the Contractor Management and Training systems against relevant legislation and corporate governance
• Dynamic and inclusive leader with great ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills including the ability to identify and recommend improvements
