We’re looking for passionate and dedicated Cooks and Kitchen Hands to bring their skills, enthusiasm, and creativity to our team. If you have a high standard of work, attention to detail, and a love for cooking in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, this is the perfect role for you! Key Responsibilities:

• Set up workstations and operate kitchen equipment efficiently
• Accurately measure and weigh ingredients for consistency and quality
• Follow recipes and set menus to deliver exceptional food every time
• Cook by baking, grilling, steaming, or boiling food as per the menu
• Present and garnish dishes to the highest standard
• Maintain kitchen hygiene and adhere to safety standards
• Keep your workspace clean and organised at all times
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control
• Stay current with cooking techniques and trends
• Work as part of a collaborative team and contribute fresh ideas to improve menu offerings

Skills & Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar cooking or kitchen hand role (Preferred)
• Strong attention to detail with a passion for food
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Great team player with a collaborative attitude
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistent quality
• Enthusiasm to bring new ideas to the kitchen
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others
• Must be flexible and available for various shifts, including weekends
