What We're Looking For:
• Current QLD Security Licence (with Crowd Controller function for relevant roles)
• Current RSA (for licensed venue work)
• Excellent communication & conflict resolution skills
• High level of professionalism and reliability
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays
• Own transport (preferred but not essential)
• Minimum 1+ years of security or crowd control experience required
• Australian work rights required
Areas of Deployment:
• Nightclubs, pubs & licensed venues (Crowd Control)
• Commercial & industrial sites (Static Guarding)
• Events, festivals & private functions
• Short-term and long-term deployments available
