    Welcome to the role of Customer Advisor in our vibrant Yeppoon retail branch. You'll form part of a dynamic team being the face of NAB and first point of contact for our customers!  In this role you will become the jack of all trades! Whether it’s to open an account or credit card, referring locals to a home lender or even investigating potential scams and fraud, every action you take will lead to a positive one as you drive and protect our customer outcomes.     As a NAB Customer Advisor, you will:

    • Support our Yeppoon branch by being the first point of contact for our customers
    • Work with your customers to identify the most suitable products and services that best matches their needs and ensuring they receive a seamless, consistent, and customised customer service experience every step of the way.
    • Assist our customers with account opening, unsecured Lending and banking transactions
    • Ensure all customer details are accurate and up to date
    • Demonstrate our Smarter Banking options (self-service and digital) to customers to help make their banking simple, easy and secure
    • Undertaking ongoing training and development to enhance your career development

    The roles hours are: Monday           9:00am to 4:30pm 
                                  Tuesday          9:00am to 4:30pm 
                                   Wednesday    9:00am to 4:30pm 
                                   Thursday        9:00am to 4:30pm 
                                   Friday             9:00am to 5:15pm
