Customer and Product Support Representative

Job Description

Comiskey Mining Services (CMS) is an innovative Earthmoving Equipment Rental business supplying the resources sector. CMS specialise in dry equipment hire and maintenance packages to suit customer requirements.

We’re currently seeking a Product and Customer Support Representative to join our team. This role will be predominantly based in the Blackwater area, and will be involved in service provision, customer relationship management, operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide application support and maintenance advice to our Customers

  • Supervision and co-ordination of maintenance, repairs and servicing of our equipment

  • Assisting the Plant Manager with asset management

  • Coordinating jobs/projects with the maintenance planners

  • Assist Customers in the identification, sourcing, and ordering of parts when required

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of heavy equipment especially CAT

  • Trade qualified / mechanical background

  • Demonstrated Customer management experience

  • Knowledge of OEM software e.g. CAT SIS

  • High level of communication skills

  • The ability to meet timeframes

  • Drivers licence

This is an on the road job that requires the successful candidate to be well presented, customer-centric and have an in-depth knowledge of most mining operations in and around the Bowen Basin.
