Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, assisting them with their self-pack removal needs and logistics coordination. You will ensure that every customer receives exceptional service, from initial inquiry to the final delivery of their belongings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service via phone and email, addressing inquiries about self-pack removal services and logistics.
  • Manage and process sales leads, converting inquiries into confirmed bookings.
  • Coordinate logistics for domestic removals, including scheduling, tracking, and problem resolution.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
  • Handle customer complaints and issues professionally and promptly, seeking resolution and maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Processing and Procurement team to ensure smooth execution of container services.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and logistics arrangements in the CRM system.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, transport regulations, and company services to provide informed advice to customers.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer service and sales, preferably in the logistics or removal industry.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·    Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing demands and handle stressful situations with a positive attitude.
