Customer Service Coordinator (specialised tools) - Mackay

The Position

Norbar sells high quality precision torque tools and provide after service care to repair and calibrate the tools. Our customers count on us to sell, engineer, service or repair torque tools in time for them to complete their work.

 

We have a well-established customer service team who work together with the sales and workshop team members.  This role supports the activities of our Sales Representatives who work promote and sell Norbar products by understanding our customers' needs and helping them to select the fit for purpose products.  The Customer Service Coordinator also works with our Workshop Technicians are responsible for completing quality repairs, calibration, and service to equipment for Norbar customers.

 

Your responsibilities include:-

  • Answering calls to assist with sales, repair or servicing requests

  • Processing customer orders and following up on quotes, sales and invoices

  • Unpacking, receipting and allocating incoming goods as well as picking, packing and dispatch of outgoing freight

  • Booking workshop tool repair jobs, coordinating transfer of parts, invoice and dispatch of completed jobs

 

We seek a full-time individual to work 38 hours per week during weekdays (no weekend work).

The Mackay office is open:-

7:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Thursday

7.30am to 2.30pm Friday

The office is open during these hours for deliveries, pickups, and customer enquiries. We cover these hours between our four staff members and offer some flexibility with start and finish times.
