MotorOne Autobody are recruiting an experienced Customer Service Officer to join the team at our newest site based in Gracemere, QLD.

This is a full-time contract covering maternity leave until March 2025.

About the role:
As Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for greeting customers on reception to pick up or drop off their vehicle for panel repairs.  Other reception duties will include:

  • Answering phones
  • Emailing
  • Making tea/coffee
  • Managing customer enquiries
  • General admin duties
  • Following up and updating customers in a professional manner
  • Assisting site manager where required

Skills and experience:

  • Previous Customer Service & Reception experience
  • Admin & Accounts experience
  • Automotive repair industry experience HIGHLY beneficial
  • Professional with a team-focused mindset
  • High attention to detail
  • Methodical and able to follow processes
  • Reliable and consistent work ethic
  • Computer literate
  • A positive, “can do” attitude
  • Friendly, efficient, and helpful
