Customer Service Representative (Internal)

United Forklift and Access Solutions is looking for a Customer Service Representative – Internal to support our service and spare parts operations in Mackay. This internal role is key to ensuring our customers' equipment is maintained, repaired, and serviced efficiently while providing excellent support across our team.

As the exclusive Cat® lift truck dealer in Australia, and a trusted partner for Konecranes and Haulotte, United Forklift and Access Solutions proudly supports customers nationwide with reliable equipment, expert service, and genuine care.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and follow up equipment repair quotations to achieve acceptance
• Investigate and resolve customer issues, providing high-quality support
• Maintain regular contact with customers to build and sustain strong relationships
• Assist across all areas of service and spare parts teams in day-to-day operations
• Record and document all customer enquiries, quotations, and service activities
• Support Service Department business development opportunities

Essential Criteria

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Professional appearance and presentation
• Experience in customer service or sales
• Knowledge of material handling equipment
• Current "C" class driver's licence
• Proven ability to meet targets and achieve goals
• Experience across service and spare parts functions
• Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office)
