Join Our Team as a Console Operator!
Crokers Fuel and Oils is seeking a friendly, reliable Customer Service Team Member to join our service station team. This is a customer-facing retail role, ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, working in a team environment, and taking pride in a clean and welcoming store.
This position is based at the service station console and focuses on customer service, point-of-sale transactions, and maintaining store presentation

Crokers Fuel and Oils Pty Ltd is a locally owned business servicing Mackay, Proserpine, and Clermont. We provide fuel and lubricant solutions to a wide range of customers and pride ourselves on friendly, reliable service and strong community connections.
What We Offer:
Full-time rotating schedule (80.5hr per fortnight) for both morning and afternoon shifts, including rotating Saturdays:
What you will bring to the role:

A genuine passion for delivering friendly, professional customer service

Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or a similar people-facing role (or a strong willingness to learn)

Confidence using point-of-sale systems and handling transactions

Strong communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude

Pride in personal presentation and maintaining a clean, welcoming store

Ability to safely lift and move items up to 20kg as part of normal retail duties (e.g. stock handling)

A current Forklift Licence, or a willingness to obtain one as part of the role

Reliability and flexibility to work a rotating roster, including some Saturdays
