About the role:
Are you a skilled Design Draftsperson with a passion for innovation and precision? Mecha Pty Ltd, a leading provider of engineered mechanical solutions to industries such as mining, marine, and manufacturing, is looking for someone just like you to join our Engineering team.
What you will do:
- Develop mechanical designs and 3D models for a wide variety of projects
- Work with cutting-edge tools like Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD, Recap Pro, and 3DS Max
- Capture and process as-built geometries using advanced laser scanning technology
- Collaborate with a team of engineers and contribute to projects that redefine industry standards
What you Bring:
At least 3 years of drafting experience in a heavy industrial or workshop setting.
Proficiency in CAD software and strong technical aptitude.
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and organisational skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
A proactive attitude and the desire to push the boundaries of anything is possible.
