About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Diesel Fitter to join the maintenance team at Isaac Downs on a permanent basis. This role supports open-cut mining operations, working on a modern and diverse fleet of heavy earthmoving equipment.
  • Permanent role
  • 7/7 rotating DS/NS roster
  • DIDO only (no FIFO)
  • Responsible for maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs to mobile plant and equipment
  • Strong focus on safety, reliability, and equipment availability
What We're Looking For
  • Trade-qualified Diesel Fitter
  • Demonstrated experience maintaining heavy earthmoving equipment in a mining environment
  • Exposure to large OEM fleets (CAT, Liebherr, Komatsu, Hitachi or similar)
  • Strong understanding of site safety and compliance requirements
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a high-performing maintenance team
  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic capability
