Role Overview:
As a Diesel Mechanic at EnerMech, you will play a crucial role in planning, coordinating, and executing the maintenance of our specialized fleet equipment, including LP & HP compressors, LP & HP pumps, nitrogen generation equipment, and dryers.
  
Key Responsibilities:
  • Fully engage with EnerMech's safety policies.
  • Perform repairs and maintenance on EnerMech equipment following our maintenance regime.
  • Accurately record details of repair and maintenance work.
  • Liaise with suppliers and service providers to acquire technical knowledge and request quotations for parts.
  • Supervise maintenance apprentices.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Mechanical trade qualification (Heavy Diesel).
  • Proven experience working on Caterpillar diesel engines (C13, C15, C18) or similar machinery.
  • A current QLD driver’s license; HR license is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • At least 3 years of relevant post-trade experience.
  • Willingness to work remotely and offshore when required.
  • Competent computer skills.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
