We’re on the hunt for elite Heavy Equipment Diesel Fitters to join our Specialist Services crew in Central QLD. You’ll get hands on with a wide range of gear including diggers, drills, trucks, dozers, graders and more, tackling breakdowns, shutdowns, and field service work.
This isn’t your standard toolbox role. This is where top tier skills meet serious earning potential.

· $75–$85/hr + 12% super on all hours
· 7/7 lifestyle rosters, or choose 2/1, 3/1 or shutdown coverage
· Paid travel up to 4 hours (site dependent)
· A company provided specialist service ute is supplied for this role
· Flights from Brisbane included for longer rosters
What you’ll be doing:
· Tackle breakdowns, shutdowns, and field service work across all major OEM gear
· Work on CAT, Komatsu, Hitachi, Liebherr, Terex, Sandvik, Epiroc and more
· Diagnose, fault-find, and get the job done right… The first time
· Support a wide range of sites and build strong customer relationships
What we’re looking for:
· Cert III in Mobile Plant Technology (or equivalent) RPL options are available for eligible trades
· 5+ years heavy equipment experience (OEM or mining industry)
· Current C Class licence
· Strong initiative, problem-solving skills, and a safety-first mindset
· Standard 11 & Coal Board Medical (or willingness to obtain)
