About the Role
The Director of Skills and Training is responsible for overseeing the school's operations as a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) to ensure compliance with national standards, managing staff, and overseeing the delivery of quality vocational education and training (VET) programs that lead to nationally recognised qualifications. The successful candidate will drive continuous improvement, and foster strong relationships with staff, students, parents, external RTOs and industry to support meaningful and successful vocational pathways.
Essential Criteria
- Queensland College of Teachers Registration.
- An understanding of RTO and VET requirements.
